What counts as a first visit?

Your first paid service with us at Keystone, ever. If you have never had a treatment on our books under your name, email, or phone number, you qualify. A free or paid consultation on its own does not use up the offer - the discount applies to the first service you book after it. If you have had any treatment with us before, even years ago, this one is not for you (but our series pricing usually beats it anyway).

How do I redeem the 50% off?

Accepted Answer

There is no code to remember. Check the 'This is my first visit' box on the booking or consultation form and your request is automatically tagged as a new-client claim. We confirm it when we confirm your appointment, and the 50% comes off at checkout after your service. Nothing is charged to book.

Question 3

Which services can I use it on?

Accepted Answer

Any single standard service on our menu, your choice - a clinical facial, a targeted skin treatment, or metabolic lymphatic drainage. It applies to the service fee only, not to take-home products, prescription formulations, or gift cards.

Question 4

Are there limits or exclusions?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we keep them short: one discounted service per new client, first visit only, and it cannot be stacked with packages, series pricing, memberships, gift cards, or any other promotion. We hold a limited number of new-client spots each month, so it is first come, first served. Existing and returning clients are not eligible.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Reschedule at least 24 hours ahead and your offer moves with your appointment. Cancel and the spot goes back into that month's pool - you can claim it again whenever there is availability, as long as you have not yet had a service with us. Repeat late cancellations or no-shows may cost you the discount.

Does the price include the consultation?

Accepted Answer

Your clinical skin assessment and written at-home plan are included with your discounted service - we do not charge separately for the thinking. If you book a standalone consultation first, that visit is complimentary as usual.
