Powered by transdermal nutrition.
Most treatments only address the surface. That’s why results don’t last.
Our approach uses strong transdermal nutrition, delivering bioavailable nutrients through the skin to support cellular health at a deeper level. Combined with lymphatic support and nervous-system regulation, your body gets what it actually needs to heal and improve.

The reasons people hesitate, answered.
Every question below is one we've heard from patients who almost didn't book. Here are the honest answers.
What makes Keystone different from a regular med-spa?+
We're a compounding pharmacy that built a spa. Our protocols use transdermal nutrition — bioavailable nutrients delivered through skin at a cellular level — plus lymphatic and nervous-system support, instead of stripping or aggressive surface treatments.
Book a ServiceWhat if I'm on a GLP-1 medication like Ozempic or Wegovy?+
Slimsage is built for exactly this. It activates real fat metabolism (not water removal), supports the lymphatic and parasympathetic nervous systems, and pairs manual technique with transdermal nutrition. We recommend a series of 4–6 sessions for GLP-1 users dealing with loose skin or stalled progress.
Book a ServiceWhere are you located and what are your hours?+
Keystone Aesthetics & Wellness is at 6741 Fulton St E #200, Ada, MI 49301 — second-floor suites behind the building. The spa is open Monday–Saturday, 11AM–7PM, by appointment only. The main pharmacy is at 4021 Cascade Rd SE, Grand Rapids.
Book a ServiceCan you actually treat rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis?+
Yes — our medical skin protocols are doctor-led and built around barrier repair and calming inflammation rather than harsh acids or peels. Most clients see visible improvement within 2–3 sessions and we adjust the protocol after each visit based on how your skin is responding.
Book a ServiceHow is Slimsage different from a regular massage or body wrap?+
Most body treatments push water around for a short-term smoothing effect. Slimsage uses a compounded transdermal formula plus a specific manual sequence to activate lipolysis — the same fat-burning process your body uses during exercise — while moving lymph. Results build over a series and last.
Book a ServiceDo you take insurance?+
Spa services are paid out of pocket; we provide receipts you can submit to an HSA or FSA. The Keystone Pharmacy side accepts most major insurance for prescriptions.
Book a ServiceHow do I book an appointment?+
Use the Book Now button anywhere on this site, or call (616) 413-2310. New clients start with a short consultation so we can match you to the right protocol — we don't sell packages before we've seen your skin.
Book a ServiceWill this actually work if nothing else has?+
Honestly, that's the patient we see most. The reason over-the-counter products and one-size-fits-all prescriptions usually fail isn't you, it's the formulation. We're compounding pharmacists, which means your protocol is built specifically for your skin's chemistry, barrier state, and trigger pattern. If after a full consultation we don't believe we can move the needle for you, we'll tell you that, and refer you somewhere that can.
Book a ServiceWhat if I can't afford it?+
We get it. Consultations are flat-rate and applied toward your first treatment, so you're never paying twice. Series packages reduce per-session pricing significantly, and we'll always show you the lowest-cost path that still gets results, even if that means starting with a single targeted product instead of a full protocol. No upsells, no surprise charges.
Book a ServiceHow is this different from a dermatologist or med spa?+
Dermatologists prescribe from a fixed formulary, same molecules, same strengths, for every patient. Med spas are run by aestheticians without prescribing rights. We sit in the middle: clinical, compounding-grade, and able to compound a formulation specifically for you. It's the level of customization neither model can offer on its own.
Book a ServiceWhat if I book and it's not the right fit?+
Your consultation is a clinical conversation, not a commitment. You leave with a written plan whether or not you book treatment. If we don't believe we're the right partner for your concern, we'll say so and point you toward someone who is. No pressure, no high-touch follow-up.
Book a ServiceHow long until I actually see something change?+
Most patients see measurable improvement within 4 to 6 weeks. Deeper structural changes (texture, tone, barrier resilience) typically appear over a 3-month series. We track progress with photos at every visit so you're not guessing, you can see exactly what's shifting and why.
Book a ServiceWhy should I trust a board-certified pharmacist over a doctor's office?+
Compounding pharmacists are the people doctors call when a stock prescription isn't working. We've spent years building the formulations a dermatology office hands you a sample of. Pairing that lab-side expertise with a clinical spa means your protocol and your treatment come from the same team, no broken handoff between prescriber and provider.
