Non-Surgical Body Contouring in
Grand Rapids, Michigan
No freezing, no needles, no downtime. Our contouring work is a metabolic lymphatic protocol that activates real fat metabolism and improves the structure of the tissue underneath, which is what actually changes a silhouette.

Approach
Manual and metabolic, not device-based
Why we do not use freezing or cavitation devices
Device-based contouring destroys fat cells and leaves your lymphatic system to clear the debris on its own. When that clearance is slow, which it usually is, the result is uneven texture, prolonged swelling, and an outcome that is difficult to predict.
We work the other direction: activate lipolysis through the same metabolic pathway exercise uses, then move the lymph deliberately so the body clears what it releases. Slower per session, considerably more controllable, and it improves tissue quality instead of only reducing volume.
What contouring can and cannot do
It can reduce fluid retention and heaviness, soften the dimpling caused by fibrous septae, improve tone and texture across a treated area, and refine a contour that has stopped responding to training and diet.
It is not weight loss and we will not sell it as such. If your goal is a number on a scale, we will say so at consultation and point you toward the right path instead of booking you into a series that cannot deliver it.
Included with every protocol

- Target-area assessment and before photos

Every question below is one we've heard from patients who almost didn't book. Here are the honest answers.
Is body contouring at Keystone surgical?+
No. There is no surgery, no injection, no freezing, and no downtime. The protocol is entirely manual and metabolic.
Book a ServiceHow soon will I see a change in contour?+
Most people notice reduced fluid and heaviness after the first session. Structural change in texture and contour builds across a series, which is why we photograph progress at every visit rather than relying on memory.
Book a ServiceWhich areas can you treat?+
Neck, torso, arms, and legs, plus full-body sports recovery work. We confirm the right target areas at consultation.
Book a ServiceDo you serve patients from outside Grand Rapids?+
Yes. Our Ada studio is 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids and draws patients from Cascade, East Grand Rapids, Forest Hills, Rockford, and Kentwood.
Book a ServiceWill this actually work if nothing else has?+
Honestly, that's the patient we see most. The reason over-the-counter products and one-size-fits-all prescriptions usually fail isn't you, it's the formulation. We're clinical skin experts, which means your protocol is built specifically for your skin's chemistry, barrier state, and trigger pattern. If after a full consultation we don't believe we can move the needle for you, we'll tell you that, and refer you somewhere that can.
Book a ServiceWhat if I can't afford it?+
We get it. Consultations are flat-rate and applied toward your first treatment, so you're never paying twice. Series packages reduce per-session pricing significantly, and we'll always show you the lowest-cost path that still gets results, even if that means starting with a single targeted product instead of a full protocol. No upsells, no surprise charges.
Book a ServiceHow is this different from a dermatologist or med spa?+
Dermatologists prescribe from a fixed formulary, same molecules, same strengths, for every patient. Med spas are run by aestheticians without prescribing rights. We sit in the middle: clinical, clinical-grade, and able to compound a formulation specifically for you. It's the level of customization neither model can offer on its own.
Book a ServiceWhat if I book and it's not the right fit?+
Your consultation is a clinical conversation, not a commitment. You leave with a written plan whether or not you book treatment. If we don't believe we're the right partner for your concern, we'll say so and point you toward someone who is. No pressure, no high-touch follow-up.
Book a ServiceHow long until I actually see something change?+
Most patients see measurable improvement within 4 to 6 weeks. Deeper structural changes (texture, tone, barrier resilience) typically appear over a 3-month series. We track progress with photos at every visit so you're not guessing, you can see exactly what's shifting and why.
Book a ServiceWhy should I trust a board-certified skin expert over a doctor's office?+
Clinical skin experts are the people doctors call when a stock prescription isn't working. We've spent years building the formulations a dermatology office hands you a sample of. Pairing that lab-side expertise with a clinical spa means your protocol and your treatment come from the same team, no broken handoff between prescriber and provider.
